I stopped my belly dance class since June, it's been three months already. Today I'm going to start joining the class again to maintain my body weight, I've been gaining Kgs these past few months. I think for this year, I gained two kg already (it's really alarming, what a scary thought) and my weight keep on climbing the ladder never goes down really.
I want to gain back my 50kg weight and maintain it and hopefully I can achieve my goal before I hit the big 3-0.
