At last my bestie is resigning from her current job. She told us that she has tendered her resignation yesterday at 4pm and I'm so happy to hear it.
Me and my other bestie has been telling her to resign her job because she has been working there for the past 5 years and her lady boss doesn't appreciate her. She's been working overtime, coming to office on saturday and sunday, working and sleeping in the office until morning, preparing everything whatever her boss wants, especially when the clock struck 5pm and worst they didn't get any overtime claim. No nothing. To top it up, her boss only gave her rm50 rise in salary. That was sad, looking how long she's been working in the company, the contribution she has given, the not enough sleep, the stress and the weekend sacrify she has made just for the company.
Not forgetting her lady boss is a bad boss. Her boss always say things to downgrade people, she loves to crush people self esteem and only act 'kind' whenever she 'feels' that her employees is going to resign all together, which there has been a case where 2-3 person has tendered their resignation in one month.
That's why we fully support her resignation. Even if she doesn't get any offer yet, she should just resign and enjoy the days until she got an offer. We say this because she doesn't have any comittment, no credit card to pay, no car monthly payment, no house rent, no loan, she doesn't have anyone to support, she's living with her parents still, her parents both still working and she only has 2 siblings with one of them already working, so she can survive all this.
During her working time with her lady boss company, she often fall sick because of working overtime and also due to stress. She should enjoy her days relaxing while waiting an offer to knock on her door.
