Another MAC Course!

MAC will organize another makeup course this April! A new makeup colour and a new look! I can't wait for this one. I have to start saving money from now on. I know I'm gonna spend a lot on this one because a few of my MAC tube is going low, hehe

mmm.... April please come faster weeeeeee...

Eye & Lip Application

1) Comb Lash (no brand)

2) Comb Brow & Lash from The Body Shop

I bought this Comb Brow & Lash (rm26) at Body Shop. The brush is too hard and I don't like it at all. It's not worth the money. I want my money back :( .... The comb lash (no brand) as you can see in the same picture is way better than the Body Shop. It comes together with the lip brush (no brand).

The Retractable Lip Brush from TheFaceShop

The Retractable lip brush is quite good. TheFaceShop sells it at rm19.90. I haven't gotten around to use this lip brush as I like to use my lip brush (no brand) that I bought at Shenzhen last year. But, this is very useful especially when I'm travelling because packing will be much easier and I won't worry the brush will gets dirty or ruin.

Makeup application doesn't necessary to be expensive to be good. Sometimes, the no brand does the wonder compare to the high end product.

Blooks

Be Look At. That is the shop tagline located at Subang Parade. Blooks, the name of the shop looks glamorous from outside. I was really attracted by the red dress shown at the shop. The red dress cost me rm70 and the black blouse is rm29.90.

The design of the black blouse is soo sexy!! I can't help it and asked the salesperson if there is any other colour besides black.. and she said yes. They have it in red and purple. Then I thought, if I paired the red blouse with black singlet, the colour combination would definitely look great! and it is.

For the purple colour... it's not my fave colour, so I just left it. But now, I'm thinking to get it too! I have fallen for the style it brought to me.

LEVI'S

BC Skinny Damaged Good. It cost me rm249. I'm satisfied with the quality and it FITS perfectly!

I never knew that Levi's has this special design for asses, they called it Levi's Curve ID.

The Curve ID are :-

• slight curve
• demi curve
• bold curve

I found out my curve is Bold! and so, I bought another jeans, Bold Trend Core - BC Straight!

The First Buy - MAC

This happened long long time ago, few months back, last year actually. The first item I bought at MAC is lipstick after watching my colleague putting her newly MAC lipstick in the office early morning, I saw her lips transformed and it was beautiful colour. From there on, I'm hooked.

MAC has variety of lipsticks colour, it was hard to choose, but I know that I want something natural on my lips. The salesperson attended me gave me a few colours in natural tone. After trying and wiping and smiling, I chose Giddy.

Indeed, a good choice. It's natural on my lips and I use it with Maybeline lipgloss (Revlon lipgloss is too shining and it defeated the purpose of looking natural). I couldn't find the Maybeline lipgloss name on it, only CB21 is written at the bottom of the lipgloss. I wear it everyday for my office look. One of my colleague compliment me that my lipstick looks beautiful!

Revlon

Revlon PhotoReady. This foundation is use especially when there will be a lot of picture taking session. Have yet to wear it.

I have difficulties what colour suits my skin. I was torn between Medium Beige and Golden Beige. The salesgirl was saying if my skin tone is more to yellow/golden tone, then I should get the Golden Beige. When answering which of those two is darker, she said that the Golden Beige is darker.

And so, I got myself the Golden Beige. I am really concern of what the colour might appear on my skin, I don't want to look like a clown. I want to look like my skin.

Also, two lipgloss (rm30 each) that I took home are Revlon newest collection, Revlon ColorBurst in :-

• Strawberry Fraise
• Peony Piveone

Love the two colour! and I'm planning to add more to my collection :)

New Pair of Sandal

I pay only rm29 for this sandal. The actual price is rm49. Well, Parkson have promotion on going, if you spend rm200 below you get rm20 voucher, if more than rm200 you are entitled to get rm40 voucher! and you know, I had spend rm199 on SKII before. That's where I got another rm20 to pay for the sandal! ^^

Okay, this is not an obsession. nor it's shopaholic. It's just that, I've been wanting for quite sometimes now for a new pair of sandal, it really really is... :P

Plus, it's red. and I never bought this type of sandal before.

SKII

I have never thought that i will be buying this expensive skin care product, it never cross my mind.

It all started when SKII have this promotional package which considerably cheap (no kidding, it is cheap) they sell it for RM199 which consist of :

• Facial Treatment Essence 70ml (contains the famous Pitera essence)
• Facial Treatment Clear/Lotion
• Facial Treatment Mask

And so, me and my two besties have this same thought. Even without telling each other, all of us were planning to buy the promo package! (emm, our bluetooth works perfectly fine for this kind of thing, trust me)

I wore it for first time last night before sleep. can't wait to see the result within one month!

MAC

So today, I went to MAC.

MAC have this Back-to-MAC program, where they accepts 6 MAC primary packaging and you'll receive a free MAC lipstick of your choice. I have collected 7 eyeshadow cases (empty) and wish to trade it with lipstick.

And as usual, I'll ended up buying more than I should! shooot..... I bought 4 items and plus the free lipstick, all together is 5 items. It cost me around rm500!! i'm dead.

My colleague has Plumful lipstick and I love the colour. So, that was what's on my mind until I saw this colour, Lovelorn. It's blue pink lustre and when you add Lipglass-Viva Glam V (neutral pink w/ pearl) on top of it, the colour is wow!

The lipstick cost me nothing, yay! (price is rm68) and the lipglass rm65. The other three items that I bought :-

1) Prep + Prime Skin Refined Zone rm80

A light, oil-free emulsion that helps cloak visible pores while controlling oil and shine. Applies "wet" for a gentle micro-exfoliation: dries instantly to create an invisible, long-lasting natural matte finish (taken from MAC website)

2) Prep + Prime Fortified Ill rm128

3) Lightful Foundation NC37 rm140 (empty case rm37)

Can't wait to try this on!

Foundation Brush

My new foundation brush! I don't like to use my MAC stippling brush for applying foundation. I saw on youtube, some of makeup gurus use this kind of brush when applying foundation. So, i'm gonna try it then.

Round and Round

I bought these earrings at The Curve. I can't remember the price already.

It looks like bicycle tire :D

It's not yellow, it's chrome :p

Eyelash Curler by Shu Uemura

I'm not planning anything to buy when I stepped inside Empire Subang after I just got out from Subang Parade opposite to it.

I've been watching Michelle Phan and Makeup Geek videos and turns out both of them using Shu Uemura eyelash curler. When I saw Shu Uemura outlet there, I stood still and my mind was running like.. should I go in or not? ...

Well, of course we all know the answer at the end. This eyelash curler really make your eyelash stand out. They sell it at rm60 and comes together with one spare rubber pad.

The salesperson said the curler will last up to 3 months with daily usage. The downside is, once the spare rubber pad used, you have to buy another new set of the curler because they don't sell the spare rubber separately.

But I'm not using the curler everyday, only when there's special occasion. So, it will stay with me a bit longer, probably 1-2 years, weeeeee :)
